Privacy Policy
Effective: 9 October 2026. InventionTime Inc. ("InventionTime", "we"), a Delaware corporation. Contact: hello@inventiontime.co.
1. What this covers. This policy describes what we collect when you visit inventiontime.co or contact us, how we use it, and your choices. It does not cover Tutor10x or other licensees' products, which have their own policies.
2. What we collect.
- When you contact us by email (the site has no forms): your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message.
- When you visit the site: standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time — kept by our hosting provider, Odoo S.A. (Belgium), on servers in Sydney, Australia, for security and operation. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. The site sets two cookies it needs to work: one remembers your language and one keeps your session secure. Our typeface is served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests it from Google, which receives your IP address.
- We do not collect payment information, government identifiers or sensitive information through this site, and we do not buy or sell personal information.
3. Why we use it. To answer your enquiry; to discuss licensing or partnership with you; to keep the site secure and working; to meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for marketing unless you ask to hear from us, and every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Who sees it. Our staff and the service providers that run the site and our email (Odoo S.A. for hosting, Google for fonts, and our email service provider for email), each bound to use it only for us. Our related companies (High Tech Masterminds Pty Ltd, Australia; Tutor10x) where your enquiry concerns their field. Regulators or courts where the law requires. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for others' advertising.
5. Where it is held. Our website is hosted in Australia; our email service provider may hold data in other countries. Our team works from the United States and Australia, so your information may be accessed from both. Where Australian privacy law applies to us we handle your information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles; for visitors in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and running the site, and you have the rights described below.
6. How long. Enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them and for 24 months after our last contact, unless a licensing relationship follows. Server logs: for as long as our hosting provider keeps them for security and operation. We delete or de-identify information we no longer need.
7. Your choices and rights. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict our use of it, or ask for a copy, by emailing hello@inventiontime.co. We respond within 30 days. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act, including to know, delete and correct, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them; we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in that Act. If you are in Australia you may complain to us first and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; in the EEA/UK, to your data-protection authority.
8. Security. We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers. No internet service is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you believe your information has been misused.
9. Children. The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their information.
10. Changes. We will post changes here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use information already collected will be notified to the people concerned where we can.
