Terms of Use

Effective: 9 October 2026. These terms govern your use of inventiontime.co (the "Site"), operated by InventionTime Inc., a Delaware corporation ("InventionTime", "we").

1. Acceptance. By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is. The Site describes InventionTime and the technology it develops, owns and licenses. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or investment advice, and nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or any interest in InventionTime or its related companies. Any licensing, sale or partnership is subject to a separate written agreement signed by InventionTime.

3. Intellectual property. The Site and its content — text, graphics, drawings, logos, layout and code — are owned by InventionTime or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. "InventionTime" and the InventionTime mark, and the marks of our related companies including Tutor10x™, are trademarks of their owners; use of the Site grants no licence to any of them. The decorative drawings on the Site are illustrations, not drawings from any patent application. You may view and print pages for your own information; you may not copy, scrape, frame, modify or republish the Site or its content, or use it to train a model, without our written permission.

4. Patent status. Statements that technology is "patent pending" mean that one or more patent applications are pending; they do not represent that any patent has been granted, that any particular claim will be allowed, or that any product is covered by any claim. Inventions are described by their results; descriptions on the Site are not disclosures for the purposes of any patent application.

5. Acceptable use. You will not use the Site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or send us unlawful, infringing or abusive material.

6. Submissions. Information you send us through the Site is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential information or ideas unless we have first agreed in writing to receive them in confidence; unsolicited ideas are not treated as confidential and create no obligation.

7. Third-party sites. Links to other sites, including those of our licensees, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or terms.

8. No warranty. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InventionTime and its officers, employees and related companies are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case these apply to the extent permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

10. Indemnity. You will indemnify InventionTime against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that consumers may have the right to bring claims in their home jurisdiction under mandatory local law.

12. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version is always on the Site with its effective date. Continued use after a change is acceptance of it.
